Color harmony

When the colours you wear share enough properties (undertone, value, chroma) with your face that the eye reads the whole picture as belonging together.

What it means

Color harmony is the underlying goal of personal color analysis. When a colour harmonises with your face, the eye doesn't have to choose between you and the shirt — the colour recedes and the face comes forward. When a colour disharmonises, the colour tends to win and the face looks duller, more tired, or competes with the garment.

How it shows up in your Better in Style analysis

Every recommendation in your report is ultimately a harmony judgement: does this colour sit easily with your visible features, or does it fight them?

See this play out on your own face

Better in Style applies these ideas to your photo and tells you which season you actually are.
